Mitchell Rotary Rig #1 is the perfect rig for shallow well drilling up to 5,500 feet (1.8 km) total vertical depth (TVD). It can be mobilized with as little as seven loads and rigged up in a matter of hours. With pump options ranging from 375 hp to 700 hp, it can accommodate many different applications as well as short horizontal/directional holes. Mitchell Rotary Rig #1 is available with an optional 4 foot (1.23 m) substructure which eliminates the need for a cellar for blowout preventer (BOP) equipment.
